Thank you for shopping with Little Sprout Books. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed through our online store.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays, processing times may be longer.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship orders within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We may add international shipping options in the future.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Our standard shipping options may include:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

FREE SHIPPING

We may offer free standard shipping on eligible orders. If free shipping is available, it will be displayed at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Little Sprout Books is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us at xiaozhuo778@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will do our best to help you work with the carrier and find a reasonable solution.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at xiaozhuo778@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the package and damaged items when applicable.
